Join the one and only Merav Knafo to learn how to do your own low-cost / no-cost usability testing to increase your site's ROI and make it more user-friendly. This interactive workshop will demonstrate the "do-it-yourself usability testing" method explained on the Usability Testing for Maximum ROI session.

Key Points:

  • Work on your tasks, making sure you have them ready
  • Do one live usability test on one of the participants' site,
    to see how it's done from start to finish
  • Pair up, and do a usability test for each other.
  • The tests will recorded!
  • BRING YOUR LAPTOP WITH YOU!
  • If you're not bringing a laptop, be sure to bring a USB flash to copy your test onto it, so that you can view it later.


Preparation:
