By day, Chris Coyier is a designer for a small design company out of Madison, Wisconsin. By night, he is a blogger, author, and speaker about a wide range of web design topics, from HTML/CSS and standards, to JavaScript libraries like jQuery, to CMS systems like WordPress.
Chris has spoken to audiences from High School students to College students to professional conferences like the Front-End Design Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida. Chris Coyier's new book, Digging Into WordPress, is an intermediate-level exploration of building sites with WordPress, the World's most popular publishing platform.
Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Chris spent some time in Portland, Oregon and is now in Chicago, Illinois, only a short hop away from CMS Expo 2010.
