When analysing open source projects there are destinct variables that determine the success of those projects. In this sessions I will go into the specific building blocks of an open source project, and I will make a reflection on how things have been implemented within the Joomla project. This sessions is interesting to IT managers and business people who try to get a better understanding of the projects they (plan to) invest in and also what it takes from a business point of view to get involved in those porjects.
Prerequisite: No prerequisite required. The CMS Business Track was created to provide relevant, timely and actionable insights for users seeking insights from a business perspective (processes, policies, business modeling, marketing, etc).
