In 2008 and 2009, when all the other theme designers were heads-down, creating flashy new templates and themes for Joomla, WordPress and Drupal, the leadership team at CapeTown-based Prothemer had a slightly different agenda, to take theming to the next level: "Rather than just create another slick theme, what if we could totally transform the way themes were built? What if we could take themes to the next plateau?"
While owners Chris Rault and Andrew Neale had a strong track record with one of the most popular template design websites with JoomlaJunkie.com, there was something drawing them forward to create the next generation of themes to further empower web designers, developers and business owners.
After over a year in the R & D lab, researching, testing, researching, re-developing, testing and interfacing with web designers and other business and web pros, they wanted to make sure their invention would be ready for prime time. Now, the result of all that work is just being unleashed. It's called "Morph."
